William J. Dalton
Attorney Bill Dalton is a founding partner of the firm, specializing in Residential Real Estate. Mr. Dalton completed his undergraduate work at the University of New Hampshire and received his Juris Doctor degree from the Massachusetts School of Law. He worked as a staff attorney for the National Association of Government Employees and the International Brotherhood of Police Officers, negotiating contracts and handling labor/employment disputes. He has also practiced at two other firms specializing in Real Estate and Corporate Law. Mr. Dalton is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire.
Barry R. Finegold
Founding and Managing Partner
Attorney Barry Finegold is a founding partner of the firm, specializing in Residential Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate. He is the Managing Partner of the firm, and concurrently serves as State Senator for 2nd Essex and Middlesex District, Massachusetts. Previously, State Senator Finegold served as a member of the Massachusetts House of Representative, and as Selectman in the Town of Andover. Before practicing law, he worked for Mercantile Bank in Boston, Massachusetts, and as a Senior Loan Officer for Accubanc Mortgage in Burlington, Massachusetts. State Senator Finegold is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, the Massachusetts School of Law, and the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Chief Operating Officer
Chief Operating Officer Kerri Burke graduated summa cum laude from Salem State College, with a Bachelor’s degree in English, and a minor in Political Science. She has been with Dalton & Finegold since its inception, in 2000.
Attorney Donna Pisciotta is an attorney specializing in residential real estate and has represented lenders, buyers and sellers for over 24 years. Ms. Pisciotta completed her undergraduate degree at the State University of Stony Brook and earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the New England School of Law in 1988 in Boston, where she was a member of the Law Review and an outspoken advocate for women’s rights and gender neutrality in the law. She worked for several years in Boston as an associate with Goldenberg, Walters & Lipson and Barron & Stadfeld, PC where she represented the FDIC and RTC. For the last 12 years, Ms. Pisciotta was a senior attorney at the firm of Residential Title & Escrow Services, PC. She is member of the Greater Newburyport Association of Realtors, the North Shore Association of Realtors, and the Women’s Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a 20 year resident of Ipswich where she lives with her three children.
Residential Real Estate Manager
Ms. Graham has been a real estate paralegal for nearly 20 years. Her previous jobs include working as an escrow officer in Honolulu, Hawaii, and at Chicago Title in Seattle, Washington. She returned home to the Massachusetts North Shore area to join Dalton & Finegold in 2006.
